Made some lentil crunch wrap supremes this past week. They turned out amazing 20250404_175744 I will be making these a few times this spring and summer.

Extra mature cheddar, pink lady apple, rocket, and homemade onion chutney on some also homemade bread. Insides of the bread toasted just a little to give it a bit more structure.

This is a direct response to the awful thing posted in !memes yesterday

Tan Tan is one of my favorite ramen. And a couple weeks ago I decided to check how hard it would be to make at home.

Turns out, it's a super easy recipe, if you can get all the ingredients.

The recipe I used:

I used up the rest of the ingredients from my chimichanga, so these are made with honey chipotle chicken thighs, avocado lime crema, and quick-pickled onions and serranos (made with apple cider vinegar)

Mozzarella, tomato sauce, ricotta, pesto, oregano, garlic, and fresh basil.

Simple shrimp and clam pasta. Quick, simple, nourishing. The picture is missing the parsley on top and the dish was missing a lot of chilli spice but there was one person at the table that can't tolerate it.

My family is away but it's crab season and dad came by with some fresh snow crab today.

Damn right I'm gonna eat these all by myself!

The filling is honey chipotle marinaded chicken thighs with reaper-jack cheese. Topped with cilantro, onion, and a homemade avocado lime crema
