Mandatory title format: "X years ago today […]", where of course X is replaced by the number of years.
X ≥ 5.
English language only, but links to non-English sources are allowed if a (short) English summary is provided.

The linked Wikipedia article says this:

"second national space agency in the world to do so on its maiden attempt"
