I know people prefer to complain instead of act, but what is something people don't like but has an alternative?

Aren't frozen veggies usually fresher as well. Like they are frozen within a couple hours of being harvested?

Pretty much only buy frozen veg now

They can be picked closer to ripe since the flash freezer is closer to the farm than your house.

Riper foods often contain more nutrients and taste sweeter.

Also, frozen veg can be made of varieties that are not as tough, so they can be selected for other traits such as flavor
