This is why we say "critical support". China gets a lot of things right but this definitely is not one of them and they can and certainly should do better on this.
This is probably the biggest thing most of us who support AES states criticize constantly.
Do you want China to be another USA? Because interference with the open market and manipulating other nations with tariffs and sanctions is something China promises not to do unilaterally, unless they are attacked in the same way. Thus, China cannot interfere with normal Chinese-Israeli business. Does that mean construction materials and labour will go to construct things where the Chinese government itself may not want? Sure, but it also means the Chinese will never cut you off unilaterally.
The only way to change this is to petition the UN for global sanctions. But USA will clearly block anything with help from their allies. China simply refuses to take any market distorting actions, and like it or not, construction is absolutely normal business activity.
China claims to follow international law. Helping build settler colonist projects in the West Bank is in violation of that.
It's pretty easy to not do business with Israel by simply adhering to international law.
China is not just doing the Israeli food-tech investment schtick. They are directly working with the settler colonists.
Was that a declaration by the UN that Israel is settler colonists? Is Russia? Who gets to decide that label. Why is Israel but not Russia?
yes https://news.un.org/en/story/2024/09/1154496
Is China building Russian settlements in Crimea?
Yes Russia is.

First of all terrible source, but I said is China building settlements there?
China is building Israeli settlements on Palestinian land, that is a massive difference from just trading with Israel.
China is investing in Crimea, yes.

*Edit. like how your trying to find inconsistencies in Chinese policy. The best part about China is they are always consistent. So I knew the answer to your question before even looking it up with no prior research.
*Edit 2. I also love how the west is saying the same thing your saying. It's political, it makes China look bad. Take my side China sempai
Your article says that a Chinese company is looking to invest in Crimea, not that they are already doing it. I'm quite sure that if there were Chinese companies currently building in Crimea, we would have heard it in the newspapers.
And Crimea would not even be the best comparison because China does support the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Whereas China says it does not support the Israeli colonialism in the West Bank.
Oh ho you almost got me. Crimea wasn't attacked much. So not much reconstruction necessary. But guess where those Chinese construction crews are? That's right the Donbas.

So they are rebuilding in the area the Ukraine govt has been shelling civilians for over 8 years?
I fail to see the comparison to Palestine here. Also Crimea literally voted to join the RF and Donbas region was prevented from holding such a vote by the Ukraine govt.
The war in Ukraine has zero to do with settler colonialism and framing it that way is frankly disgusting in the face of what is going on in Palestine or what has gone on in the US for hundreds of years.
ha ha ha ha you got nothing, got it.
