There was a meme around the beginning of COVID, where I live is extremely sex-positive so we literally had government mandated glory holes.

They didn't want people making too much physical contact so they erected barriers you could bone through, hence the name. Might seem like a joke, but it worked; admittingly probably because nobody wanted to be seen using the government mandated glory holes.
