I was listening to Liz (Trueanon) explain how they actually got the felony convictions on Trump and, don't quote me on this, but I think the Liberals are going to be very unhappy with the appeals case.

The literal 5D legal chess and stack of technicalities required to even express the substance of the prosecution's argument is hilarious and will absolutely never make it through an appeal. Gonna be a fun summer.

It was some weird technicality that they used to make them felonies. Unless he's convinced of a second crime that he was falsifying business records in furtherance of, the charges should have been misdemeanors.
