People actually voluntarily put money into a trump company? And expected it to increase in value? LOL, fucking morons. They're lucky there's any money left at all. I'm guessing there won't be for long.

It's a front to fund Trump's political career. The people funding it are not expecting any other return on their investment than political power.

the share price is only relevant for a company when they plan to emmit more stock to raise more money or fear hostile takeover. it doesn't say much about their success.

It's relevant because Trump owns a majority of the stock but can't sell any of it until August. If the price craters before then, he won't be able to use it to fund his campaign.
