it's not called trade war for nothing 
They're not shrinking the workforce, they're making jobs available for children that were previously occupied.
Prisoners will also finally be able to have access to a wider range of work to expand their skills for when they are forced to continue working as a prisoner for the rest of their lives since they'll never be released.
Trump arm the left, it would be so funny.
I think the other good bit is cracking down on labor when there's literally no militant union movement. Like dude, your main productive labor force is undocumented immigrants working at slave wages. They already have less than no power. The "middle class" exists so they can consume the surplus they produce
