So, a month ago I pre-ordered the 13" AMD Framework Laptop and I'm batch 9 (I confirmed it's really batch 9).

Everyone else seems to have gotten their "preparing your batch" email but I haven't. On the order page it still says "pre-order confirmed".

Is this a normale thing, do they send these emails out step-by-step, like the shipping emails, or is there an issue with my order and I need to contact support?
