From whom Manchin will win votes is actually pretty interesting. In a race where most voters seem to vote against one person, instead of for, a third candidate could get a chance ... if said candidate wasn't the most universally unliked person on the hill next to Rafael Cruz.

Manchin is pretty much hated everywhere, but Biden isn't exactly well liked either... Then again there's a large part of the GOP base that loathes Trump. So for everyone but the MAGAts it's a matter of whom you hate the least. WTF America?

CNNs two biggest shareholders (only double digit % holders) are T Rowe price and Vanguard. Blackrock does have a close to 5%. And John Malone is a person of heavy involvement and is on their board of directors.
