I really like Connect. Not sure if it's "the best" but it's free and does everything I need it to.

Why add the third party? Just run an instance of wireguard on your home network and call it a day.

MAM is by far the best. MAM coupled with audiobookshelf is an Audible replacement.

Damn, this hits hard in your mid 30s.

Nice job! This is the type of stuff I come here for.

I've tried it twice now, it used 2 of my fast use tokens, and I still haven't gotten results. Just want a sad avocado looking at it's reflection in a pond.

I feel you. I spent a several hours learning about D&D character creation when I picked up BG3. And I spent a couple more hours crafting a back story that I used to influence my character traits. I've never played D&D before, but BG3 is the most fun I've had with a game in several years.

Prepare thine cochlear senses, oh noble audiophiles, for I've stumbled upon a sonorous marvel that'll make your eardrums jitterbug like caffeinated squirrels at a techno rave. Upon placing these auditory gems upon your cranium, it's as if you're spelunking through the caverns of sound, where the bass is so profound that it feels like a cosmic beluga whale serenading a black hole.

Excel is my daily driver for basic data analysis and graph making. For more complicated tasks I use R.

True pirates only get their Internet from the parking lot of a BK lounge, 😂.

I'm on the search for a cost effective SOHO router with solid Wireguard support. The main purpose is to allow my parents to access my local media share and also share my streaming accounts. I've rolled with pFSense/OPNSense the last several years and I'm think that may be too complicated to also setup at their home. I want something they can effectively unplug/plugin when they need to reset it or, at the worst, go to a simple web interface to make a change that I can guide over the phone.

I'm currently looking at the Asus AX86/88U devices, but I'm open to whatever would work the best.

I seem to be having an issue when I go to subscribe to a community within connect that the button says "unsubscribe" even when I am not yet subscribed. Is this a known issue?

How do I change the text size for posts when I have my view type set to Compact or List? Slides type, for example, has a "Selftext Font" option that allows you to change this. There doesn't seem to be one for Compact or List view types. Am I missing something?

I have ~115TB of spinning rust currently. I house them (collection of 8-14TB WD white labels) in a DS4243 in which I replaced the IOM3s with IOM6s. I have this hooked up to a R630 (via an H200 IT controller) running ESXi with several VMs including a Windows VM running SnapRAID+Drivepool to manage the storage. I have the pool setup as a network share and run a docker stack with in which I bind the storage in fstab to my *arr setup, nzbhydra, rdt-client, etc. Someday I may transition to a full Linux setup with freenas, but this setup has served me well for years.
