That was a fascinating read, thank you. It's so sad the same parallels can be drawn to so many "well intentioned" programs and institution

I've been in similar situations before as others have commented; needing to rely on some service in order to have a place to live food to eat, and a chance to get a leg up. Fortunately they weren't too preachy and respected the diverse backgrounds we all hailed from

I love this meme and usually snortle every time I see it, but the text on this one has me full on giggling. Thanks for cheering me up 🥰

So, anyone with an android can let you use theirs and the "find device" app in guest mode. Your info won't be saved but that option is there for exactly your use case

That's a bit of internet history literally no one in my life would be interested in or care to hear in the slightest (except my partner who I just tried to convey what I remembered, but will give a better overview after reading some articles if I can find any. They remember the sites but don't remember the drama)

Do you remember Fredryk Phox? And the drama between with him and ebaumsworld?

If you'd really like to know, it's a flannel moth caterpillar:

Here's a link with a bunch of pictures the caterpillars are a the bottom. I don't know what specific species the post is but here's a good representation

Even better is aquarium water!

Obviously not if they can't handle the nutrients, like Venus fly traps

Oh, wow... Thank you! My mind is blown at the beauty of the area

It's like when I've visited the grand canyon or Bryce or the redwoods. I always wonder what the first explorers thought when they found these natural wonders
