Even though it only comes with a 10 inch bar with just a little modification to this old TSC bar I had I was able to upgrade to a 16 inch bar and chain. Works great for anyone wanting something a little bigger.

They just posted on facebook that they are going to bring the new purple jack color to the full bank carts.

I definitely want to do this. I have an oil-less 30ga Powermate that does 6.0CFM @ 90psi so this would be a big step up, and the price he built it for is sick. I wasn't able to find any cheap tanks or motors on craigslist or facefuck, but I'll keep looking.

I really need to pick up the full bank cart. They seem to always be on sale but not now that I need one.

EDIT: I GOT MY WISH! They are $100 off!

Week 28 Deals - 30% off under $20 (images.harborfreight.com)

This is the one I've been personally waiting for, I have a long list of stuff under $20 to pick up today. And even though it says limit 5 items, the 30% discount usually gets applied to your entire cart so you can do it in one transaction!

This is some of the things I'll be going for today:

  • 15 Amp Professional AC Line Splitter
  • 3/8 in. Drive T-Bar With Flexible Ratchet
  • ¼" drive deep color sockets
  • T-Handle Reamer
  • Crow foots, both regular and flare
  • Offset box end wrenches
  • S-type wrenches
  • 30 ft. Retractable Test Leads
  • Jumbo helping hands
  • Butane micro torch
  • Misc (tape, lubricants, painting supplies, gloves, two cycle oil, etc.)

A lot of other good hand tools are under $20... Icon pliers, Doyle, etc.

30% off is a sore dick deal, time to load up this weekend.

Burned it up a bit with my propane torch, countersunk some t-nuts, and poured epoxy on the top.

I'm also figuring out Lemmy, so be patient. I'm assuming we can DM...

Looks like decent deals can be had this weekend with almost everything in the store getting a 15-25% (-5% for non-ITC) coupon. All the items that are usually under the exclusion list have a coupon: Herc+Bauer power tools, all the tool boxes, jacks stands, air compressors, welders, winches, and Icon hand tools.

This is what has me interested this weekend:

Bauer Portable Band Saw $80 - Is this the cheapest it's been? I might have to go for that this weekend, I think the lowest I had previous seen it was $99, but a new Herc band saw is coming out so they might have lowered the price on it. Of course, if I get this, I'll have to get the sweet stand with it too!

18 in. Magnetic Tool Holder $3 - Yeah, these used to be free, but this is the cheapest price now... still a good deal, I get them just to remove the magnets.

Trim and Molding Tool Set $5 - Nice to have some prybars that won't damage things.

Herc 20V, 4 Ah Extreme Performance $45 - These extreme performance versions have Samsung 40T cells in them. You can't even get the stolen one's off of fleabay for this price!

New Tools - https://www.harborfreight.com/collections/new-tools.html

McGraw Medium Barrel Air Hammer looks nice, I have the Chief but for $20 for this McGraw, don't think you can go wrong.

Icon 3/8" Split Beam Torque wrench, $119, I already have the 1/2" so might be nice to pick up it's little brother, although I will wait for it to go on sale because I believe I only paid $115 for the 1/2" on a sale specifically for torque wrench products.

What am I missing? Right now, that band saw really is calling to me for $80... what is calling your name?

I'm going to be doing a weekly post about the deals. Post about what deals interest you. I won't be going after anything this week, but if you are in need of an oscillating tool or a handheld sander there are good deal with 30% off... including both Bauer and Hercules, both corded and cordless.

They are also doing a free tool which look to be ~$10-15 with a $40 purchase. The meme 10mm set is in that list of free tools.

Anything you will be going after this week?

Picked up a cheap edge glued board the other day, cut to size, routed the edges, sanded it smooth, and put some linseed oil on it. Quick, fast, and easy.

I still have to fasten it, I'm thinking about countersinking some short carriage style bolts and then maybe leveling with some epoxy. How would you fasten it?

I went in to pick one up on the $200 deal, I wanted a black one with black trim but when I got to the register he showed me this return. Not a fan of the primer gray color but for $140 I couldn't turn it down. I might lightly sand it and put some black on it, keeping some of it gray for a two tone look, what do you think?

Oh, and the reason it was returned? These little scratches on the top!
