As you know, this will be the final version of LO to have Semantic Versioning; all future releases will have Calendar Versioning.

A discussion on how the Document Foundation (TDF), the NGO behind LibreOffice is supposed to work, what its core values are and how to improve transparency and alignment of both officers and staff of the foundation.

I think it's time to try something new with this community rather than just posting articles all the time.

Personally, I'd like to see some improvements to Impress and Draw regarding the Line tool. I'd add the changes myself, but then I'd have to learn C++ and Java.

This version includes 90 bug fixes and improvements to document compatibility. The changelogs provide details of the fixes: changes in RC1 and changes in RC2.
