Sunak comes across like the prat he is. “Labor will raise taxes by £2,000 for everybody” regardless of the question. Talking over all the time, not listening to the moderator. Appalling creature. Starmer sympathises a lot with people asking questions without answering them. Skating around or just plainly ignoring questions all the time. I can’t watch this shit a minute longer.

If you think the peak of British cuisine is some pork wrapped in puff pastry, then firstly you’re absolutely right and secondly, your Christmas has come early as Greggs are launching a ‘yard-long’ sausage roll this week.

To celebrate National Sausage Roll Day on June 5 – mark your calendars – the high street bakery chain will be giving fans the chance to get their hands on a yard-long box made up of 17 sausage rolls.

Customers will be able to choose from classic or vegan rolls, and the three-foot long product will cost £15.

There’s an old saying in London – you’re never more than 6ft from a rat and 50m from a Pret a Manger. But the popular high street sandwich chain has struggled in recent years with consumers abandoning ship. With a rising tide of debts, it has now recalled its initial founder, Sinclair Beecham, to the top table in order to steady the ship.

One of its main competitors, Greggs, however has been doing better than ever. So why the huge disparity in the fortunes of these two high street staples? Strong brand partnerships with outlets like Primark, a late-opening store in Leicester Square, and a keenly recognisable brand identity have ensured its continuous rise.

...

The contrasts between the two are clear. If both continue down this path, the Northern delight that is Greggs will likely cement itself at the top of the food chain while Pret’s struggles will only worsen.

I know this is probably a long shot but does anyone know of a non-biased source of all party Manifestos?

I remember some time ago there was a site where people could answer questions on subjects that were important to them and based on those which party is recommended.

I’ve had the day off to go to MCM Comic Con today. I’m hoping to get some short hikes in over the weekend if the weather holds out, and maybe get a bit of decorating and household maintenance out of the way.

Getting the BBQ out would be nice too.

So. My daughters got hold of a t-shirt from a charity shop that said “the walking dead”

They… modified it a bit before they sewed it on to a tank top.. so..proud?

You are simply looking up stuff related to our splendid, federated social media service and they think you are interested in the Nazi memorabilia-collecting 𝖒𝖔𝖙𝖔𝖗𝖍𝖊𝖆𝖉 frontman.

I see my neighbours bins every bin day overflowing and it's got me wondering how much rubbish do you think you actually produce per person each week?

Not including any recycling, or waste food collection which is separate, just what we call the black bin here, I reckon we as a household of two on average we put less than two black bin bags out a fortnight, that's less than half a black bag each a week.

I used to spray my kitchen tops and scrub like a madman only for nothing to happen. It was about as effective as water.

There was a minor improvement when I bought Mr Muscle degreaser but still not great.

Then I bought this cheap, Asda shit and leaving the spray on for 5 mins - boom!

It wipes clean, with the sponge!!

How has taken 40 fucking years for a decent kitchen surface cleaner too be made?

I've used Flash and the other ones with kitchens on the front but this non-descript bottle of bleach water is by far the best I've ever used.

I've got two kids and it feels like at least two of the four of us has had a cold going back to mid-december.

I've had this cough thing for the last few days, figured I was over the worst of it...until I woke up this morning with a horrifically blocked nose; been sneezing and blowing my nose since. Will it ever end?

I'll kick us off I guess.

The Kings of Leon song about one's 'Sex being on fire'? Yeah I have no idea what that means. What does 'your sex is on fire mean'?
