That's a rig for moving sick or distressed cows to a barn for medical intervention so they don't die out in a random paddock. They're either strapped underneath or cradled into a net.

Of all the images to use, ironically this one is showcasing human ingenious to save an animal, cause you know that vet treatment is gonna be advanced too.
