As dumb as LLM nonsense is generally, using one to handle actual personal interactions for you is using it wrong.

And ironically, this seems to be the only way these companies can think of to promote LLMs. It feels like most ads focus on writing communication.

I think it's cause it's an area where being wrong is acceptable. In most other applications, the uncertainty of the correctness makes the LLM/AIs more dangerous to deploy.
