I closed my Facebook account in 2016 and haven't looked back. Hoping I feel the same about Reddit
I didn't care about giving up fb. But giving up reddit is much harder. Lemmy's filling the void tho
Not really for me yet, but maybe that will change next month. Or even apread when the blackout starts. I'm hopeful. Still, reddit felt like a home for me and some interests of mine aren't as tech friendly and therefore have not migrated here so far. It will be interesting to see how it all evolves.
But I deleted FB 2013. Twitter when Elon came. Never had Instagram or tiktok. I will survive.
