First time eating meat in a week. It was interesting to see what life was like without it.

Probably a bit more tired, maybe some brain fog. Could get used to it after a while I think.

Curious to know if you tried impossible mince and burgers? I legit prefer that over meat alternatives.

Nah i didn't. I basically ate tofu, veggies and some carbs in air fryer waffle fries format. And oats for breakfast.

I'll give those a shot. I was being lazy lol

Mate that sounds so boring lol. For some context my partner is pescatarian but we cook fish like twice a year so I mainly cook vego at home and eat meat off a menu sometimes.

Quick curries with lentils or tofu and stir fries are where it's at for really awesome easy vego food. Also the impossible mine unlocks spag bol or "beef" chilli. I've been cooking like this for like ten years now and you lean to get really creative so good luck to you if you decide to stick at it. The creative cooking skills get super fun!

Alright you've definitely got me intrigued! Yeah I'm used to eating chicken breast and veg every day for years.

I used to be a cook so it's not lack of knowledge. When I'm cooking for 2 people it's different.

When it's just me, my food is incredibly boring lol
