I forgot the name of the comic, but I remember my super religious aunt giving me a copy of this christian comic that was about D&D being evil and featured a character that killed herself because her d&d character died, which led to one of the other kids joining a "satanic cult." She gave it to me after I had brought my rule books and a module over for thanksgiving to play with my cousins.
It's one of those things that so cringe it's funny, but she was hella serious about it.
