Rinse/scrub off your dishes as soon as you're finished with them, then put them in the dishwasher. It will be never take you more than 60 seconds.
My kitchen is too small for a dishwasher and the plumbing sucks. Lose water pressure when doing laundry ๐ญ
The kind of dishwasher I have might actually be a good fit for you! It's pretty small and on wheels, it hooks up to the sink faucet to run, and it has a countertop that's pretty useful on its own as a moveable kitchen island
