This will be the last test release before the final version Plasma 6.0 hits repos on February 28. This is your chance to test a nearly entirely functional Plasma 6.0 and help us by reporting bugs.

I actually use KDE Plasma and am enthusiastic about the release of Plasma 6.
Well, I hang my head in shame, but will leave my comment there for others to learn from.
Don't feel bad. It's a joke based on the meme. I didn't get it either until I saw the video it is based on. It's funny.
