Someone mentioned it but I use gogo or all anime now. Don't start with one pace if you are new to it. Aniwave has better ui and skip options. Also early eps are very old so that's probably why they look that way but I dunno. Check bunch of sites and see what suits you.
What is wrong with one pace ?
Also can you please share the link of the two options that you listed?
you should watch one pace. the filler itself isn't the worst, but the show stops doing actual filler at a certain point and just pads out the episodes until they're unwatchable because one weekly chapter of manga to one episode of television is unsustainable

One pace is a fan project which is an edited down version to cut filler. I personally don't recommend it for watching one piece first time. Just watch the show how it is. Also one piece filler isn't even bad.
