Don't we all have different triggers?

Edit: I think the real power here is with the aggregate data. For some fictitious examples, the data may show that people who report having a rough time with store bought pasta sauce but not salsa may also not tolerate marshmallows. If someone has trouble with popcorn, but not corn, then maybe nuts are a bad idea. That sort of thing.

Exactly right. We each have our unique situation, but reading other people's experiences is very helpful, the more the better.

Wasn't aware of this community here, thanks for this info! I've got a few stomach issues and this generalized advice is super handy!
