Soap over the main parts, and lather with that over everything
both depending on area and what I use for cleaning (body wash vs soap)

I donβt rub the bar on my body. Lather, wash, rinse.
Soap work with friction, so you are forced to use your hand to apply optimal on your skin and actually wash yourself.
