The search page would be more useful if it displayed the communities subscribed by the user till the user start typing.

I'm a bit confused by the use case here. Subscribed communities are already given their own dedicated section, which is when you swipe from left to right on the home screen. In which cases would you want to open search to view a subscribed community?

The use case for me is when I am normally browsing outside home, it would be better to have a quick access to subscribed communities by one tap instead of tap on home and swipe.

Hmm I understand. I'm not sure if the search page would be the correct place for this. I will have to think more about it. I'll add it to the roadmap.
