This is a terrible idea from a large-scale sense. Using sanitized, pumped, fresh water (very expensive electrically speaking) to power a very small generator that will power a lightbulb or two. Why!?

I’d like to think that it’s just an engineering hobby job to test and strengthen your skills? But, hey… I didn’t read the article and I’m just hoping that it isn’t as wasteful a project as it sounds.
