Except gambling involves cost from the gambler. Choosing a hand involves no cost.

By picking a hand you are gambling that they don’t care about gambling or betting that they don’t by not picking a hand. But also by not picking a hand you gamble them being upset you didn’t do as they told you.

So either way you’re kinda fucked tbh
