a group of wild turkeys lives around the apartment I live in! I'll often find them walking around looking for good and they're easily the best part of the apartments

We have a group of chickens that wander the neighborhood and the other day i noticed a turkey hen was just chilling with them. She's been hanging out all week.

Is that Marysville, or Yuba City, CA? They have wild chickens wandering the highway in those cities.

I was surprised at the amount of turkeys around downtown Sacramento. Our hotel had a tom a several hens pecking around the adjacent vacant lot, and they made the rounds around the parking lot as well.
