Is there a way to change the background color of the menu that pops up when you select the three stacked dots in the top right?

Settings -> theme

You can edit the theme colors, just don't know what color is, you need to find and change it.

Thanks for restating the question. The answer I am looking for is the name of the variable that I need to change in order to achieve the desired result.
