Dedicated to Twisted Tales from Behind the Shadows, a Denver-based horror series that almost saw the light of night.
This early-70s gem of awesome was supposed to be a low-budget, spine-chilling addition to the late-night lineup, shot for a small local public station that was known for experimental programs and public-access oddities.
Made on a shoestring budget, Twisted Tales from Behind the Shadows was raw, eerie, and filled with dark, unpolished coolness. Each episode was supposed to explore a strange mix of horror, the paranormal, and the downright bizarre, but none of it ever aired.
The show was pulled at the last minute, and until now, these forgotten tales have remained hidden in the shadows, unseen by the public.
