The cake is still good. I don't think there are any other ice cream cake vendors in the city besides Mitchell's. I do like ice cream cake with cake on the bottom though. They are a small business so I assume it's a cost thing.

The company's name is Specialty Towing and appears to be the same one that went viral on social media after attempting to lift a car stopped at an intersection with the driver still inside. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqvDedeuCl0
