Yup, I've been eating more yogurt lately as a good protein source. But sometimes I'll try a different brand and it's just laden with sugar.

It really is crazy how much unnecessary sugar is added to things that are otherwise pretty healthy. Dried pineapple is one that sticks in my craw--for some weird reason 99% of what is sold is sooo heavily sweetened that it makes my teeth hurt. I randomly came across unsweetened dried pineapple at Costco once, and it was literally one of the tastiest things I've eaten! (so of course I've only seen it there once time since) Pineapple itself is sugary as heck already, why does it need more added sugar????
