People don't like what you are saying but I imagine since they aren't blocking software from being installed to perform the tasks, and clearly even stated so on their site (quoted in their response), and allow side loading of applications as well, it would make no sense for a judge to rule it against them.
It's not even side loading, you can get them from the official store.
