I have been dialing in espresso with a Vario grinder and wondering why I was getting such wildly inconsistent results. Turns out I mixed up the fine and coarse adjustment levers. (lemmy.world)

Just curious, because I haven’t seen a grinder with levers. Does it work differently to the grinders that have a dial, like 1-10 for “courseness” ?

edit as in a dial, and then a single “on” button?

Works the same, just inline. And this grinder has two
