Found on reddit. I'm told the reason for their visit is to intimidate the Haitian immigrant community there.

damn, it was supposed to be chicken, oh well, it fits so I'll leave it.

Edit: It's a line from the show Resident Alien. If you haven't seen it, it's worth watching, it's funny.
