I think there must be lore friendly ways to introduce diversity to a character creation system. Zerrikania has matriarchs and dark skin for example

I'm sure the majority of the people going insane are doing so because of concerns about the deeeeeep lore of the Witcher, and are not the same people that complain about any frame that contains a non white person, or an person of indeterminate gender. /S.

I'm sure people in fictional places can also travel and migrate.
