Truth be told some of it is actually on YouTube before it airs live.

Most of the late night shows air live after 10/11pm, but their main monologue is on YouTube between 9pm and 10pm, East Coast times. If you're on the West Coast you can probably catch the interviews which are uploaded a few hours later.
