I've always thought this one was funny but like i never understood it. Is he walking out bc the man started talking about snow. Did he drop his cigar om the way out. What's the young chaps laffin at.

It seems uncharacteristically tolerant of Everett not to punch the bore or throw him through the nearest wall or something.
No, he only uses violence when someone is being negligent or worse. This guy was just being boring.
That would probably kill the old coot. He's using a little discretion.
It kinda looks to me like he actually stuck the lit cigar in the guy's mouth, which I think would be even worse.
