its seriously hard not to use technical terms when troubleshooting windows for a friend too
As a non tech savvy person person: don’t explain to us what we need to do just tell us “press [button] and [button] to open a settings panel then click this”
Our feeble minds cannot comprehend the language of gods that is basic computer instructions
