Sorry, my comment is about capturing opportunities, write down what you want to accomplish & realizing various dreams.

I am listening to an podcast regarding this subject. Above image is for fun but at the same time quite doable!

Sorry, not sorry, your original comment looks rather ableist. "Pull yourself up by your bootstraps" is a myth.

Well respectfully, I have done significant changes in my life in recent years. Thanks to gudience from professors at my uni. It does take time, trial & errors. But it's also connected to your beliefs, values and standards you set individually.

No harm trying for ex 3 or 6 months & observing results. :)
