It's a commercial vehicle. Very few, if any, people drive them as normal commuter vehicles.

Serious answer here. So the black truck comes as a truck builder option. You buy the cab, engine and suspension (frame obviously too) and customize from there. The truck is designed to provide PTO and electrical interface for development. They’re a pain to work on.
