Sure sure, the guy is a real piece of work. Wait till you learn about this guy called Stoltenberg who is openly pushing Putin propaganda. Now NATO itself is being infiltrated by putinists!
Yes, different people can say different things in different contexts and some are right and some are wrong and some are pushing Putin propaganda and some Putin propaganda May be based in facts but doesn't mean his actions in response to the facts are correct. You do know what propaganda is right?
It doesn't have to be false information. It can just be biased. It can also just be misleading.
