He does get confused and spews nonsense a lot, but I don't think this is an instance of that. When you're campaigning nationally and quickly hop between states (sometimes visiting two on the sane day), you might mix two places up. Trump is not the first politician this happened to.

It's true he isn't the first politician but he is the first politician/felon/insurrectionists/adulterer/conspiracy theorist/rapist/pedophile.
