Q: What kinds of work could potentially be dropped to increase productivity?

A: Meetings.

LOL. Oh, oh, you just hit the Achilles heel of useless management, since they have no role if not for countless meetings!

Q: Why should organizations switch to a four-day workweek?

A: The bigger question is, why shouldn’t they?

Right? Why shouldn't they? Governments should mandate that companies instate a 4-hour work week for the same pay, unless they can prove that they can't.

Society should stop benefiting corporations and start valuing human beings.
