Oh the Leahy Law that specifically carves out complex exceptions for Israel? Consider reading more than the headline when you're googling foreign policy.

Dunno what I'm supposed to get from reading the exact same thing a second time.

I'll make you a deal, you acknowledge the fact that Biden tried in good faith to hold shipments to Israel in response to Rafah only to be blocked by Congress, and I'll pretend you've been mistaking Biden for Blinken this whole time.
