I believe the post should be tagged nsfw if the image itself is nsfw. There's nothing nsfw about this one. Though your comment made me wanna check out what the series is about.
Edit: I checked and ngl... It is really nsfw lol. Is the series good though?
I think they might be joking...but I agree with you that this isn't NSFW. I haven't read the series though, but I do know that the series itself can be NSFW.
