Yeah straight fit pants are safe and timeless (I think there was never a time where you could go wrong with pleated pants), relaxed and wide do look better, at least in my opinion.
Still, the amount of times I see these ugly ass fits, mostly men between idk 35 and 50, skinny jeans and ankle socks, then T-shirts with these extremely short sleeves that get stuck in their armpits or tight long sleeve shirts, and bonus points for wearing a not fitting suit jacket over that (instead of maybe at least a sports jacket).
If this will be the staple of old people fashion when they retire, I wouldn't be surprised. Just screams of early 2000's and the wardrobe never got an update.
Hm idk where this rant came from to be honest but I stand by my words. I just don't want to look at this anymore.
I wore them for a while. The trick is do leg day, be an absolute twig otherwise, and tuck if you need to. It’s a means to show off legs and ass without wearing short shorts.
But yeah I grew up to straight leg jeans and now have the ass and legs to look great in them too
