Ethiopia has never been colonized either :/ what else is wrong here?
How do you say “not so fast” in Italian?
I believe it is "mamma mia" while running around with their heads on fire haha.

Ethiopia was briefly colonized by Fascist Italy and, subsequently, the British.
Fine, fine, there were those 5 years of occupation, that was not colonization, but ok, there was an attempt.
Not enough to influence their culture though right?
Nobody speaks Italian in there, I think, and they kept their own script and such... the marks left by the fascists there were a whole murdered generation of intellectuals.
And a basic familiarity with Italian dishes, IIRC. Kind of a shitty trade, this Mussolini guy sounds like he was no good.
They also claimed to have ended slavery in the country, but usually when a fascist says something like that in their propaganda it's bullshit.
