Also, reading into it, it appears this person is a state employee so let's see how far their paycheck goes when elmo comes to make things more "efficient"

Depends. Maryland is home for a ton of federal workers. Lots of money on the table which trickles down to other businesses

They’ll use any excuse they can to cut federal funding to blue states, to force them to adhere to new rules and regulations. Not sure how insulated they really are.
